These policies explain how I approach brand projects. Every booking requires a completed agreement and project brief signed by both parties. The signed documents govern that project; browsing this page or sending an inquiry does not create a booking.
Booking and payment
Deliverables, price, booking payment, due dates, and delivery milestones are agreed in writing before production. Work begins after the agreement is signed, the agreed booking payment is received, and the product and approved brief are available. Unless agreed otherwise, final unwatermarked files and content usage rights are released after full payment.
Revisions and reshoots
Unless the project brief states otherwise, one consolidated round of reasonable edits within the approved brief is included. Feedback is requested within five business days. Changes to the concept, extra filming, or additional deliverables are quoted separately. Errors that materially depart from the approved brief are corrected without an additional fee.
Content ownership and usage
I retain ownership of my original content unless a different arrangement is separately signed. Your agreement specifies where, how, and for how long the approved content may be used. Paid ads, boosting, creator-account advertising, raw footage, exclusivity, and extended usage require express written permission and agreed pricing. UGC production does not include posting to my audience unless specified.
Face and voice protections
Permission to use approved content does not include permission to clone my face or voice, create synthetic endorsements, or use my content or likeness to train AI models. Those uses require a separate signed agreement. Edits must preserve the meaning of the content and required disclosures.
Cancellations and delays
The signed agreement controls cancellation and refunds. My standard approach accounts for work performed and approved, nonrecoverable expenses, with unearned payments refunded. Product, feedback, and payment delays may change delivery dates. No automatic blanket nonrefundable fee is imposed by this page.
Honest content and permissions
I share honest experiences and use appropriate sponsorship disclosures. Brands must provide accurate, substantiated product claims and permissions for materials they supply. Music, designs, photos, and other third-party assets must be cleared for the agreed uses. Campaign results, sales, views, and conversions are not guaranteed. Portfolio concepts and independent samples do not imply brand partnerships.

Inquiry privacy notice
This notice covers this UGC portfolio and its email inquiry builder. The builder prepares a message in your browser; it does not submit your inquiry to a website inbox. You must choose to send the email through your email service. The page does not include an analytics script, advertising pixel, or a newsletter signup.
If you email me, I receive the information you send, such as your name, email address, brand, budget, and project details. I use it to respond, prepare quotes, manage projects, and maintain relevant business records. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Email and hosting providers process information needed to operate their services. Your email provider and this site’s hosting provider may process technical information under their own privacy practices. I may share project information with service providers or professional advisers when needed to run the business, or when required by law. I do not sell inquiry information.
I retain correspondence and project records as reasonably needed for inquiries, ongoing work, legal obligations, and dispute handling. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information at collabs@glamdesignstudio.com; some records may need to be retained. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, or sensitive personal information through the inquiry builder.
Links to Instagram and other external services are governed by those services’ privacy practices. This notice will be updated if the site’s data practices change.
